Directions

From the roundabout with the A413, take the A404 from Amersham towards High Wycombe. After 3km take the second of two roads about 500m apart on the right signposted to Woodrow. After 300m turn left into the Woodrow High House entrance and proceed slowly through the grounds for 400m; the gym is on the left by the car park in front of the main building.
