4-2 system: 4 spikers and 2 specialist setters
Setting from position 2
Specialist middle blockers and outside hitters
Switching into position both front court and backcourt
Wing cover (deep 6)
Service reception on 5 in a W formation
Penetrating setter from position 1 on service reception only
