Eskdale Summer Venue

No longer used - our current 2006 summer outdoor venue is Bucks County Council Sports and Social Club, Stoke Mandeville

The Eskdale summer venue is Stoke Mandeville Recreation Ground, Eskdale Road, Stoke Mandeville, HP22 5UJ. We play six-a-side outdoors on grass. There is car parking and a community centre with toilets which is sometimes open. See club session details for timings. Afterwards we take refreshment at The Bull in Stoke Mandeville.

We did return for one session at the beginning of summer 2006 but the conditions prompted unfavourable comparisons with a plague pit in the darkest rainforest, with alleged bad karma being the final straw.
