Cambridge Volleyball Tournament Details 2004

New Date for 2004

The Cambridge Volleyball club has decided to move the date of their annual tournament to August 2 & 3 this year. Recent tournaments held on the Bank Holiday at the end of May have been hampered by bad weather, and it is hoped this new weekend in the Summer will be kinder to us.

Same Structure

The tournament will remain a 6-a-side event, with divisions catering for all levels of men's, women's and mixed volleyball teams. As usual, there will be an opportunity to put your 2-a-side skills to the test will the annual "Beach" event for men and women. Prizes will be awarded to winners. Improvements to the Venue

The venue will remain at the Cambridge Rugby Club, just a few miles from the historic Cambridge city centre. However, the Rugby Club has recently improved the facilities with renovations to the toilets, showers and bar area, and it is hoped these changes will increase comfort for all participants.
