The Game

Despite having some difficulty settling down, we still kept the scoring well to our advantage. The opposition occasionally shoot-sets for the back corners, which can take one by surprise, but they rarely put together the spike which practice showed them to be capable of. Chris performed well despite straining his hitting shoulder playing air-guitar at a concert and Graham pulled off an impressive traditional-style spike. Paul managed to get plenty of height on his sets, which was useful. All in all, not a deeply satisfying win, but the result was important all the same.
