This was our first match of the new season and in a new league for us, what a difference!!
The paper work involved was more than a Tax Return form!!
full credit to Sara initially and to those that followed for tackling the scoresheet, thank goodness there was someone on the other team who could help out, her name escapes me. Then came the "rotation sheets" ah! I wasn't prepared for those! the first one was hastily filled in before we could start Luckily we only messed up a couple of times, mainly due to me giving the wrong shirt numbers for the wrong people! but our rotation system is something we still need to work on.

At each change of set it became a frantic effort to get not only the players sorted out but their positions on court and shirt numbers as well I will be more prepared next time.
Now down to the volleyball, we actually played very well with some good blocking and fairly good spiking, our initial digging still needs to improve though Having said that we played good simple volleyball and pulled off a well deserved victory, It was an excellent "team" effort and let's hope we carry that forward to the next match. Big thanks has to go to Graham for taking on the refereeing, well done and those who helped out 2nd ref as well I have no idea who they were as I was too busy filling out ****** paperwork!!!
